Abstract

This research seeks to examine the impact of servant leadership on employee satisfaction and organizational commitment. Servant leadership is recognized as a leadership approach that prioritizes service, compassion, assistance, and the empowerment of staff within the work environment. A quantitative method was utilized by sending questionnaires to employees in different areas of the organization. The findings suggest that servant leadership positively and significantly influences job satisfaction, as leaders who focus on employee needs foster a sense of worth, comfort, and general contentment in the workplace. Additionally, servant leadership enhances organizational commitment, as employees are generally more loyal, motivated, and committed to reaching common objectives when guided by a leader focused on service. These results emphasize the significance of implementing servant leadership as a viable approach to improve job satisfaction and foster enduring organizational commitment.
