PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH (MTs) DI KOTA KENDARI

Abstract

This study examines the influence of servant leadership and work discipline on the performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) teachers in Kendari City. The aim is to determine the influence of servant leadership and work discipline on teacher performance. This study employed quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques were conducted using questionnaires, then processed and analyzed using data collection, descriptive statistical analysis, analysis requirements testing, regression assumption testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical hypothesis testing. The subjects of this study consisted of principals and teachers. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership and work discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance.
