Strategi Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Dalam Mengembangkan Profesionalisme Guru Di MTs Negeri 1 Konawe

Abstract

This Study aims to describe and analyze the Leadershif Strategies of The Madrasah Head in Developing Teacher. Profesionalisme of MTsN 1 Konawe in 2026, Teacher Profesionalisme serves as a primary pillar in enhancing educational quality, particularly amidst the digital transformation of Madrasah Education this Study Enploys a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observations, in dept interviews, and, Documentation. The Findings indicate that the head of MTsN 1 Konawe implements five core strategi; 1.  Conduting Clinical and sustainable academic supervision, 2. Facilitating teacher participation in technical training and the latest curriculum workshop, 3. Strethening the role of the internal subyect Teacher Forum (MGMP), 4. Implementing a performance based reward system and, 5. Prodoving information technnilogy facilities  to suffory instructional innovation. These strategyes have proven effective in improving discipline. Pedagogical competence, and Teacher  adaptability to the  national curriculum. Challenges encountered include varyng levels of digital literacy among  teachers, which are addressed through peer mentoring programs.
